i was frustrated that i couldn’t use PayPal. checkout ended up being more annoying than it needed to be.

There are a bunch of colors to choose from, which I liked, but the shade I got was... not exactly like it looked online. It’s still nice, just lighter than I thought it would be. Not a huge deal or anything, but yeah, more accurate pictures would definitely help.

Putting this together was way more frustrating than I expected. The instructions were confusing, a few parts seemed to be missing, and it took forever just to get everything lined up right. By the end, I was seriously wishing I had picked something else

My order showed up in this super flimsy box with barely any padding, which was a bold choice, I guess. The corners were crushed, and one of the items had a scratch on it. I expected a little more care, but apparently that was too much to ask. If this is how they pack orders, I’m probably not ordering again
